We joined Ngati Manuhiri to celebrate in the sun with the official opening of the world class Te Arai Links golf course, north of Auckland. ​

We foraged, rented, repurposed, composted & borrowed everything we needed to create an unforgettable ceremony & celebration that trod lightly on this heavenly place. We catered out of authentic earth hangi & ended the celebration with only one very small bag of waste.
